We will ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office or use any instant courier/motorbike delivery to return the item. We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other sizes or item(s).
Once confirmed and we have received and checked the item, you will receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), not including the shipping cost) to repurchase any item(s) on our Website www.masshiroandco.com or at our Flagship Store.
If you have received a damaged item, we will exchange it with the same item. If the same item isn’t available, you will also receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), including the shipping cost) to repurchase the item on our Website www.bellacalmavictoria.com or at our Flagship Store.
Exchange Directly in Our Flagship Store
When you do the exchange in our flagship store, you simply need to pay the remaining balance if you exchange with a higher priced item. If you exchange an item with a lower priced item, we will issue the remaining balance as a gift card that you can use for the next purchase.
