All orders must be placed through our website. How to make a purchase?
- Choose your favourite item and add it to the shopping cart.
- Fill in your email address and contact information.
- Select your preferred shipping method.
- Review your order summary and click "Complete Order".
- You will be redirected to the Midtrans payment page. Finalise your payment.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed. Changes can no longer be made on the website afterward. For further assistance, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +62-877-0902-3449. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 WIB.
Important notice: Payment must be completed within 1 x 24 hours after the order is placed. After the cut-off time, your order will automatically be cancelled by our system.
